McAllen EB-5 was founded to provide a valuable opportunity for international investors to gain permanent residency in the United States through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. The EB5 Immigrant Visa Program provides an opportunity for qualified immigrant investors and their immediate family members to obtain their permanent residency (“green card”) in the United States through investment. The EB-5 program was created for foreign investors willing to invest in a business that will create new employment opportunities for the U.S. economy.
The amount needed to invest is $1 Million unless the investment is made in a rural area or an area that has a high unemployment rate and then the amount decreases to $500,000. Each year, a total of 10,000 Visas are available through the EB-5 program.
